Rumble Boxing combines the sweet science of boxing with the transformative power of strength training. It’s a high-octane 10 round fight that offers authentic HIIT, metabolic conditioning and the benefits of cardio in one seamless class.
The 10-round, 45-minute fight is evenly divided between two styles of training. Half of the class is spent exploring the skills and drills of boxing, and the other half is spent on the transformative power of resistance training.
We believe in the power of coming together to fight for a collective goal, but we also celebrate what it means to be unique. Rumble was created to shake up the stale norms of the group fitness world, and we remain committed to less cheesy fitness B.S. and more authenticity.
RUMBLE BOXING
Boxing and Strength Group Fitness Classes: 10 rounds, 45 minutes of fight, evenly divided between the skills and drills of boxing and the transformative power of resistance training. Shirts optional, hustle required.
RUMBLE TRAINING
Treadmill and Strength Group Fitness Classes: 10 rounds, 50 minutes of workout, evenly divided between custom treads of sprinting, climbing, pushing, and recovering, and a variety of resistance tools for pressing, pulling, squatting, crunching, and jumping.
